Take the world by storm

Right now in this moment I’m somewhere above the Northern Sea. I’m on a plane on my way to Manchester, from where we’ll be driving for about two hours before we finally arrive in York. Saying goodbye to my family was a bit strange. Two months doesn’t seem like a long time compared to the ones who travel aboard for a year, but two months is still time enough for wanting the good and nice goodbyes before leaving. I will miss my family a lot, specially my extremely annoying but still gorgeous, sweet and super funny little sister. Luckily we’ve had a lot of great moments lately with lots of laughing and tight hugs.

I’m currently listening to “Take the world by storm” by Lukas Graham, because sitting on a plane on my way to England, I really do feel like taking the world by storm, hahaha. I’m so excited for all the adventures ahead of me these days.

The flight went really well, there was quite a lot of turbulence, which I absolutely hate, haha! When I left Copenhagen the sun was shining from a clear sky, but as soon as we came closer to England the sky turned darker and darker, and when we stepped out on the British ground it was raining. And that was when I first realized that I was now in England, haha. Rainy days in England will be charming <3

Sofie and I have now arrived at our host family, and everything is great! We are both really tired after the flight, so we will probably go the bed soon so we’re ready for our first day at college tomorrow. The word college sure makes the butterflies in my stomach go completely crazy! Haha.

Sending kisses, hugs and rainy weather to Copenhagen <3
